Android : Follow the instructions on this website

MacOS : Unzip the file and place the app in the Applications folder or wherever you want it to be. If it says it can not open the app because the developer isn't verified, go into system preferences, into security and privacy, and allow the app to run. 

If it says it can not open the app because it's corrupted or whatever, try unzipping the file using the app "The unarchiver" available for free on the app store.

Windows : Execute the .exe file.
